“The HP Photosmart R725 rounds out the lower-priced end of the new R-series released by HP at CES 2006. This camera has a 6.1 effective MP CCD, a somewhat undersized 2.0-inch 153,600 pixel LCD, and several new features unveiled on other cameras by HP this week. This camera contains an in-camera editing suite called Design Gallery, a feature which allows users to manipulate image effects, colors, and borders while the images are still in-camera. Improving over previous models, the R725 also features automatic Red-eye reduction, a feature which prior to this year was only a postproduction option for HP photographers.”
